OnePlus 5T Launched: The New Flagship killer

Chinese smartphone maker yesterday launched their new flagship the OnePlus 5T, at Brooklyn. This release is just after 5 months after the release of the OnePlus 5.

OnePlus5T features 6 inch less bezel 18:9 aspect ratio AMOLED display(1080x2160 pixels) with 80.5 screen to body ratio. It consist of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor which is an octa core processor clocked at 2.45GHz with Adreno 540 GPU and upto 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It comes with 64GB and 128GB variants.The smartphone is made of of metal uni-body using anodized Aluminium.It weighs 153 grams.

 The camera is improved, the rear camera consists of 16MP+12MP sensor which is similar to OnePlus5 but the secondory camera is of f/1.7 aperture which they mentioned this camera setup helps in taking excellent low light photos. The device also supports EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) 4K recording in 30fps.

This device is power packed with 3,300mAh battery. Which can be fast charged with their Dash charger. Thank god, they included a 3.5mm headphone jack is less seen on 2017 Smartphones.The finger print sensor is on back of the OnePlus5T and has a USB TYPE-C support.

This device runs on Oxygen OS based on Android Nougat 7.1.1. They said on launch that their device will get Oreo update soon in December. The OS similar to Stock Android but with some tweaks.This device also offers facial recognition.

The device will be on sale November 21 in India, Europe and North America. The base model 64GB ROM 6GB RAM costs INR 32,999 and the 128GB ROM 8GB RAM costs INR 37,999.
